CBC with differential (Complete Blood Count) includes white blood cell count (WBC), Hemoglobin, Hemotocrit, Platelet count, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), red cell distribution width (RDW). 
 
Please note, that fasting 8 hours before lab testing is advised - you can drink water and black coffee.
